REVIEW: Decolog Lashes & Diamond Lashes

I'm so fortunate to have a great friend,

she didn't want some of her diamond lashes and a set of decolog lashes,

SO YAY I GOT THEM :D

Decolog Who's (Rich)

I fell in love with the lash style once I saw it,

it's a voluminous and natural type of lash,

so if you're into these types of lashes you might really like this.

The lashes are really soft and the band isn't stiff at all,

making it super easy to apply :)

Diamond Lash (Glamorous Eye)

These aren't my type of lashes tbh,
The crisscross creates a very thick upper lash appearance

creates a very bold and flirty appearance.

I found the lashes & band stiff but still easy to apply.
But overall not really my cup of tea :/

Diamond Lash (Sexy Eye)

I LOVE THIS PAIR TO INFINITY AND BEYOND

The volume and softness of this lash is just unbelievable,

and best of all it creates/frames the eye shape that I desire.

The volume builds as it goes outward,

creating a very cute/flirty/sexy type of eye.

I want to see how these look with smoky eyes  ; u ;

Diamond Lash (Celeb Eye)

These like the Sexy Eye are really soft and pretty,

BUT i prefer volume in my lashes going outward,

and not focused in the center.

But besides that I think these are really cute,

i just wish i had cuter circle lenses to wear with these lashes :(

TUTORIAL: ULZZANG EYE MAKEUP

What is ulzzang?

Basically means best face or good looking in korean.

ulzzang makeup is usually composed of big eyes

small high nose and small mouth also sharp jaw line.

and most of the time comes off as "innocent" looking.

a lot of times ulzzang DO  use editing programs to enhance or change their features.

such as slimmer jaw and smaller nose.

(but honestly you can do that with simply contouring which is what i did)

TUTORIAL: SMOKEY PURPLE EYE MAKEUP

i was rummaging through my bookshelves and i found a makeup book

that i bought about 6 - 7 years ago LOL.

and i saw this "COOL GIRL LOOK" and i was all OH MY GAWD over it.

Pastel Spring Eye Makeup Tutorial

As we noticed in the spring 2012 trends,

pastel blue/pink/mint green colours are very very popular this season.

Review: KOJI Eye Talk

I have uneven eyelids,

which really bother me when i take pictures.

TODAY MY PROBLEMS WERE SOLVED.

my wonderful bf bought me a present and got me it,

NOW HERE'S A REVIEW.

comes with the glue & "fork"

gives you a mini guide on how to achieve different eyeshapes

PERSONALLY I was surprised at the thickness of the brush,

It felt really light to apply actually,

I was expecting a very heavy tacky glue... turned out quite different.

UNLIKE eyelid tape, it isn't OBVIOUS like hell.

looks really natural 【自然】 literally like what it says on the box.

It lasted really well, didn't come off, lose hold or anything for 4 hours.

 AND BEST PART OF ALL? it's absolutely comfortable to wear.

I don't feel my eyelid sliding on something weird and sticky.

THIS PRODUCT IS PURELY AMAZING. 

Geisha Inspired Eye Makeup

I've always thought geisha makeup is just beautiful,
especially how they pull off the red/dark pinks.

 of course I wouldn't wear like legit geisha like makeup,

but here's a wearable look and great for spring!

PRODUCTS USED

- Prestige Eye Pencil

- BH Cosmetics 120 Color Eyeshadow Palette 2nd Edition

- Maybelline Falsies Mascara
- Loreal Lineur Intense

- Taiwanese Handmade Lashes

* I didn't use a primer, because my primer makes the pinks too bright and harder to blend*

Step one: Taking a light peachy pink and apply it to the entire lid [or colour 1 in the photo below]

incase you don't get again, it's pretty much the same thing every time LOL

Step Two: Take a red like pink and apply to the outer part of your lid and crease. [COLOUR 2]

Step Three: Take bright dark pink and apply it on your lower lash line, having it thicker is fine because you are not lining your lashline. [COLOUR 3]

Step Four: Take a light shimmery white/gold eyeshadow and apply to your inner corners of your eyes [COLOUR FOUR]

Step Five: Tight line your upper waterline with a pencil liner and set with a matte black eyeshadow.

Step Six: Line your upper lid with a liquid eyeliner, make it thin and extend it slightly horizontally.

Step Seven: Apply a pair of natural looking false eyelashes or/and mascara. * OPTIONAL *

Gyaru Eye Makeup Tutorial

*I'm not calling myself a gyaru, i just love gyaru eye makeup*

So this is how i usually do my makeup when I am going a tad overboard

PRODUCTS USED

- Prestige Eye Pencil

- Maybelline Falsies Mascara

- Kat Von D High Voltage Eye Primer in SKIN

- Loreal Lineur Intense

- Daiso Lashes & lashes from my how to recreate fake eyelashes tutorial

- Wet N Wild Eyeshadow Trio in 381B Sweet as Candy

- Shimmery gold eyeshadow from Daiso

Step One: Put in Circle Lens *better to put contacts before putting on makeup*

Step Two: Prime your eyes.

Step Three: Taking a flat brush apply a shimmery gold eyeshadow over eyelid.

Step Four: Taking a darker brown apply it to the crease making a V shape. *you can use a blending brush if you want, i'm lazy so yeah*

how convenient. CREASE

IF you're unclear basically like this:

Step Five: Take an angle brush then using the same dark brown eyeshadow, apply it to your lower lash line.*from outer eye to middle.

Step Six: Take a pencil eyeliner and tight line your upper water line ONLY.*you may use a matte black eyeshadow to set it*

Step Seven: Take a liquid liner and line your eye on the top lid normally. THEN extend the line longer downward. Try to make it thick but not too thick that it's your entire eyelid.

Step Eight: Taking a pair of thick long eyelashes apply it on top of your top lashes, then use mascara to blend it in. I do it after because i have trouble applying false eyelashes after mascara.

 Step Nine: Apply bottom false lashes, try to keep them less dramatic that the top lashes, that way your eyes look bigger instead of over powered.

 !HERE'S THE FINISHED LOOK!

*on a side note: i only did one eye so LOL it looked weird
