The Busy Week [PLOG]

I guess i'll just post some pictures from last week and monday,

it really hasn't been the best week,

so i'll let the pictures do the talking

Weather's starting to get warm in vancouver,

YAY. so today went out with parents and bussed to richmond.

My mom wanted to go eat @ 金都餐廳餅店

on Alexandra Rd.

I went there like 3 years ago with friends and i remember the food as pretty decent.

When we got there it was busy as hell...

we waited about 15min for a spot and we got the levitated corner hahaha.

talk about feeling special.

we ordered the 金都無敵全餐,

which is basically 2 choices of appetizer, choice of soup, garlic bread,

one main course and drink included for $11.95

pretty decent cause of the portions for the food.

cause in vancouver a lot of the restaurants are at minimal satisfaction level.

either too greasy or too much msg or too salty.

afterwards i bought some pastries for our afternoon snack.

got some egg tarts,  老婆餅， coconut cream buns.

overall i can say the place is worth going to if you're looking for something to munch on,

it has alot of inexpensive things on the menu.

and might i add the chinese pastries are pretty good there!

but don't be expecting great customer service,

people are whipping in and out and the waiters/servers are busy as hell.

i had several "projects" due this week, and i got a final next week,

then a ap exam the week after.

MURDER ME. LOL I CAN'T WAIT TILL IT ENDS.

and i've been trying out random makeup styles cause i'm that bored.

some vkei and twiggy :]

and i finally finished my jewelery project! HIP HIP HOORAY!

yeah after these two weeks i should be active again on here ;[

Review: Garnier Belle Color 51 Medium Ash Brown

My roots were growing out and the reddish colour I dyed my hair last time was fading.

so i was contemplating whether to go lighter or darker...

in the end i decided to go darker just because i don't want to look too out there.

I usually choose drugstore brands when i want to go darker,

and then i would choose japanese brands if i want to go lighter and have evenly dyed hair.

i probably will not dye my hair again for another 3-4 months.

okay i really hate the smell of this hair dye in particular,

but their darker tones are really good and last a while.

i didn't leave it as long as i usually would,

which would be 40min - 50min.

cause of the time crunch and i get really bored waiting LOL.

impatience is a flaw.

it covered pretty well, my roots blend in with the dyed part pretty well.

when i finished dying it, i thought it looked a lot darker than i expected,

this morning when i looked at it again, i think it looks fine,

a dark ash brown colour.

overall this is a pretty good hair dye and comes out quite even.
